Support the Investigative Reporting Program

The Investigative Reporting Program (IRP) is supported almost entirely by private funds. Our teaching, reporting, research and outreach initiatives depend on your generous donations.

The IRP’s operating budget supports both professional and student journalism in the public interest. Our reporting appears in major news and media outlets, including PBS Frontline, the New York Times, the Huffington Post, The Atlantic and NBC News. We also teach course at both the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism and The Daily Cal, the campus student newspaper, as well as host workshops for independent documentary filmmakers and the annual Logan Symposium on Investigative Journalism.

We are currently seeking tax-deductible donations to help us continue and grow our public service journalism and our other programs.
